Guidelines and Principles for Cooperation with Our Fishing Tour Company

To ensure a safe, professional, and respectful experience for all our clients and partners, we ask all captains working with us to follow the principles below:

• No Alcohol on Board

  The consumption of alcoholic beverages by the captain, crew members, or clients is strictly prohibited during the fishing trip.

• No Use of Illegal Substances

  The use or possession of any illegal or narcotic substances (including cannabis) on board is strictly forbidden for both the captain (or crew) and clients.

• No Direct Discount Offers to Our Clients

  Captains must not offer our clients discounts, alternative prices, or private bookings outside of our platform. This is essential to maintain transparent pricing and trust within our community. Captains are, however, free to offer any conditions to their own direct clients.

• Safety First – Weather Conditions

  The captain must not take the boat to sea if the weather conditions are unsafe or if there is a potential danger to clients or crew. Client safety must always be the top priority.

• Clear and Honest Communication

  We ask captains to respond promptly and clearly to booking confirmations, client inquiries, and coordination messages to ensure smooth organization.

• Clean and Safe Environment

  Boats should be kept clean and in proper working condition. Clients must feel welcome, safe, and comfortable throughout the trip.

• Respect and Professionalism

  All captains and crew are expected to treat clients with respect and professionalism. Any inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of cooperation.
